Important Times & Dates
- Setup will be between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 12. Volunteers will be available to help you unload and deliver your materials to your table.
- Show Hours on Friday, March 13: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Cash bar available from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Friday, March 13.
- Show Hours on Saturday, March 14: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
- Award Ceremony: 4:00 pm on Saturday.
- Teardown will immediately follow the award ceremony and must be completed by 5:00 pm on Saturday. Volunteers will be available to help you deliver your materials to your vehicle.
- Early teardown is not permitted, as packing early signals a lack of respect for late-arriving attendees and neighboring exhibitors.
Important Deadlines
- 01/16/2027: The name of the Tablescapes Theme and the Tablescapes description are due for review. We will send the final write-up back to you for approval before it goes to print.
- 02/13/2027: Payment for tablecloth rental is due, if applicable.
Awards
We are trying something new with the award system this year! This year, we'll award three first-place awards based on attendees' votes: #1 professional table, #1 amateur table, and #1 non-profit table.
Furnishings
- Tables are 5’ round.
- If you use your own tablecloth (any color or pattern), it must reach the floor. You may rent white tablecloths for $15.00 each with advance notice.
- The height from the ceiling to the table is 9', making it too high to reasonably hang anything from the ceiling.
- Please do not set up any chairs, stools, or benches around the tables. Chairs for sitting will be available around the perimeter of the room.
- No electrical outlets are available; however, free Wi-Fi is available for Bluetooth device use.
Selling Goods/Manning Your Table
- Items on your table may be for DISPLAY OR SALE. You are responsible for selling and managing the sale of your items and may keep 100% of the profits. Feel free to write up the items for sale on a card and place them on your table. Business cards or flyers may be attractively displayed and distributed
- Once you set up your TABLESCAPE, you are not required to attend on Friday and Saturday; however, you are strongly encouraged to be present. Most attendees enjoy meeting the Exhibitors. Plus, you get the benefit of hearing their comments, answering questions, selling items, and promoting their business (where applicable).
General Rules & Miscellaneous Information
- The use of ARTIFICIAL FLORA is NOT allowed in any part of the tablescape. (So nothing inorganic, such as plastic, foam, latex, or silk.) Please use only fresh or dried flowers, greens, ornamental grasses, or other organic material (wood, paper) in your centerpieces and on your table. Centerpieces may include statues, houses, ornaments, and other items.
- Tablescapes MUST include place settings. How many is your choice.
- Please do not repeat a tablescape theme that you have used within the last three years.
- Security is provided from the setup day through the conclusion of the event.
