Table Selection
In the past, we always designated tables alphabetically. This was a good way to show that we awarded tables fairly. However, it also meant that exhibitors with names at the end of the alphabet would always end up in the last row.
This year, we would like to try something different, which we also believe will be fair to all. This year, exhibitors can choose their table location on a first-come, first-served basis. By first-come, first-served, we mean the order in which we receive your commitment via the $100.00 payment for the 5 tickets you will be given to sell.
You can pay by Venmo, PayPal, or check. Checks should be made out to Avon Historical Society and mailed to:

We will keep a running list of the date and time we receive payment and contact each exhibitor in that order to ask for their table preference. We will keep a floor plan on this page showing reserved and open tables.
Exhibitor Space
- There will be 30 Exhibitors in total.
- One Exhibitor per table may attend free of charge. Additional exhibitors/helpers are welcome with a ticket purchase. There is NO CHARGE for additional exhibitors/helpers during set-up or tear-down.
- We understand and appreciate the financial and time commitments our Exhibitors put into creating their TABLESCAPES. That is why we continue to offer Exhibitor space free of charge. However, instead of an Exhibitor fee, we ask all Exhibitors to purchase a minimum of 5 tickets to sell or donate. This will not only support fundraising but also draw more people to the event.
- Your Exhibitor package includes free pre- and post-event marketing for your company or organization, if applicable, on our website, in our press releases, and via tags on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Carol Bradovchak will contact each exhibitor individually for Table Selection in the order we receive their acceptance and payment for the 5 tickets.
